By downloading, installing, or using Neo Browser ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Neo Browser is an AI-powered web browser for iOS that provides features including ad-free browsing, AI-powered search, an AI agent, and an AI app builder. The App is developed and operated by Zero Billion, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our").

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Neo Browser offers a subscription service ("Neo Pro") that provides access to premium features.

Free Trial: New subscribers may receive a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged.
Pricing: Neo Pro is available at $9.99 USD per month. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

4. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

The App allows users to provide their own API keys for AI services. You are solely responsible for your API key usage, associated costs, and compliance with the API provider's terms of service.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Access or attempt to access content or services in an unauthorized manner
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Use the AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by Zero Billion, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content you create using the App's builder feature belongs to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero Billion, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
